The Nurtured Heart Approach® is such a wonderful gift. It allows me to sit gently when troubled my illness. It reminds me that we all have immense power to change the people we are lucky enough to share time with.

This Autumn and winter I'm going to push myself to impact positively the lives of all those I meet.
