One small act at a time.

Today I'm challenging myself to show kindness and love. I'm aware that sometimes I wake up and all I want to do is stay in bed, shut the curtains, hide under the duvet and close down my mind and shut out the world. When I'm thinking this way I have been given the great gift of a loving partner who lifts my soul, listens to my broken heart and guides me back to acceptance of the greatness within me.

My wish for the world today is that everyone will help to celebrate the greatness we are immersed in. The Nurtured Heart Approach® is a gift that Howard Glasser has given to the world. It has changed my life forever. So Howard, thank you for your loving heart. Thank you for sharing deep wisdom and pointing us towards a journey into our own greatness.
